When they spend about an hour or more they really do a good job. When they just run through house and are in and out in less than an hour they really do not do a good job and miss a lot.

Merry Maids is always there on the days scheduled. Prior house cleaner (an individual) would always reschedule with us the night before.

They have only come 2 times, so it is hard for me to say. The first time they told me they would be the only crew, but the second a different crew told me there would be different crews. I would rather have the same crew at the same time each time they come. Also the first crew took over 3 hours, and said it would be at least half as long, but the second crew was in and out in less than an hour. I thought they would be there at least an hour.
