The workers individually give a lot of effort in their work, especially when the same crew is able to do the cleaning. I especially like how Alyshia and her partner cleans, they are conscientious, quick and thorough and they don't take short cuts. They are dependable in all respects.

They are consistent. They clean better than I could ever do and I do not have to worry about anything.

The women who come to my house are very nice (especially kind to my dog! :) ) and do a great job cleaning. It might not always be as thorough as I would like, but honestly, I'm the only one who is looking that closely and I have reasonable expectations. I get to come home to a clean-smelling and clean-looking house every other week for a great price. And I also feel at ease knowing who is visiting my home when I'm not there - that is hugely important.

The employees that came to the house were quite nice and attentive. This was a "one-time" clean due to our tenants not leaving the house in good condition when they moved out. Before the cleaning there was dirt and dust on many surfaces and the house smelled of smoke and cat urine. After the cleaning, the house looks and smells fantastic!

Staff was polite

I was very happy with Joy and Joe. The were very professional and accommodating and very pleasant to work with. The products used did a good job and left a clean smell. It took some time but my dog finally got used to Joe. Joe had a good sense of humor. Joy made a good manager and was a delight to work with. I would rate them a 9.

The young ladies who clean are ALWAYS willing to do any extra request when asked. They are friendly and kind. They work fast and ask questions when they need to.

Your employees are courteous and conscientious. They take great care when cleaning my house. I have never had a problem with items being broken or damaged.

I am very pleased that the ladies are very thorough yet quick! The products used are great as they only leave a pleasant fresh slight smell. As I am 93 yrs old, I am extremely sensitive to strong odors! In addition, I'd like to say that the ladies that clean my home are very personable, friendly and I am comfortable with them. As I am a special needs Elder person, they are very nice to accomodate me! My daughter, Phyllis is typing this for me! Thank you

Everything smells fresh & clean when you leave. I have not been able to get a clean-looking shower door but after the first time Merry Maids cleaned it I was very impressed as to how clean it looked.
