The team really did a thorough job.
They did a good job. Since I have to be home with them due to my animals, both ladies were very pleasant and I felt quite comfortable with them in my house as this was the very first time I have had anyone clean my home. They were very cautious to watch the door as I also have cats that cannot go outside. I was quite pleased.

Honestly, I enjoy having my home cleaned-it is because of my medical condition I need to have your services. I used to love to do my own housekeeping.
But most importantly, Merry Maids has accommodated me when I have been in the hospital many times. I have had to cxl cleanings due to this and I have not been treated poorly because of it. I often am very ill and when I have had to cxl I always have been treated respectfully and not fired for breaking the schedule-THIS IS THE MAIN REASON I KEEP THIS COMPANY !! Merry Maids genuinely cares...... I do not know of an other service like this.
Darlene and Jake are very thorough. Things have been a little crazy at our house this month and they have been very flexible and have taken the commotion in stride. They have consistently handled any requests in a professional manner.
