I have the same consistent Merry Maids staff for each monthly cleaning. They do a good job and respond in an open manner if I have any request or comment about the cleaning process or quality. The office staff is responsive also.

Love that they pay attention to details that I do not clean routinely and I love the fresh clean smell that lingers for days afterwards. I still think it is cost prohibitive for most of my friends and acquaintances.

We have only used your services twice. The first time we were very pleased. Good hard working ladies and for the first time in our home we thought they did a nice job. The second time we were not as pleased. Everything didn't get dusted, lights were left on and it just wasn't as thourgh as the first time. We have a third visit scheduled and will discuss our thoughts with the ladies upon their arrival and see how it goes.
