They are pretty much on time, work quickly, cleaning liquids have a gentle scent, they don't stand around & chat instead of work, they happily do a small extra job when asked. Things stay dusted for 2 weeks which they don't when I dust.

Actually I don't like the cleaner you use in the kitchen and bathroom. It has a strong aftersmell.

Thorough, deep cleaning

This is my second visit from Merry Maids. The first one - not so good. I spoke with the customer care rep, who came out to my house and we discussed what I was not so happy with; second visit, Ilene came out with the team and discussed the problem areas with a new team. Second visit - perfect!!! Don't give up on this company.. they want your guidance.

The ladies are very cheerful and seem to enjoy their jobs and each other. They are hard workers too....

cleaning of the furniture as I have a pet and pet hair gets everywhere (but I can't bring myself to shave a cat) I can always tell when they have been by because when I open the door I can smell they have cleaned.

By and large your cleaning services by Jennifer and her crew have been very good, and the Green, non-perfumed cleaning products have performed well. A few minor problems occurred, but those were quickly corrected.
