Last Tuesday (8/27/2019) I was looking forward to coming home to a clean house. The first thing that happened as I set down my groceries on the kitchen counter was that I stepped in something sticky on the floor and had to wash the bottom of my shoe as well as the spot on the floor. This is the second time my kitchen floor, the dirtiest place in my house, has been forgotten, although this time it had at least been vacuumed. According to my Service Proposal, the kitchen floor will be washed every time the Merry Maids come. I was completely pleased with the cleaning of the rest of the house.

Marty, the owner was very friendly and helpful in getting us great service. There was one instance where a part of the promised cleaning was missed but he made it right by sending them back out to our home and offered spectacular customer service.

We have usually been pleased over the years with your services. Right now - Pam does a
super job caring for our house and keeping it looking and smelling clean.

Crystal and Tara did an excellent and very through job cleaning my apartment as part of Merry Maid's move out service. They used a range of products, but more importantly were very detail-oriented and cleaned things I would never have thought to give such detailed attention to. I am definitely considering getting more regular service in my new apartment, as I would love for it to always be as clean as they helped make it.
