They are pleasant, competent, timely. Being a new user, I do not have any comments as of yet regarding the products- I do think that heavier duty vacuums would be a good idea.

Give Ashley another 10- does a great job and does things the way I want when I leave additional instructions. My favorite day of the week is when Merry Maids have come- I walk in and everything is perfect!

I do not like smelly products used in the vacs that was once used. It made me cough. Just plain vacume would be nice, this happened a couple of of months ago. To check after they are done if everything is done. To have one to three cleaners to my house that know the house (which is big) That knows what to do and when to do it. I have no big problems, if I don't wnat something to be cleaned I tell them and it is ok. But overall the last cleaning was great.

especially the bleaching products, which i asked for, b/c things needed to be cleaned thoroughly in master bath due to a surgery.

please, please give ashley a lot of kudos for coming to my home in harrison ranch in parrish. not only is she the most awesome hard worker i have ever seen, but she is totally personable and respectful and willing to go above and beyond her duties.

she does an absolutely fabulous job!!!! please let your office staff know this.

What do you like about our services and the products used in your home?

Reliability. It is a pleasure to come home after work and everything be perfect. Ashley Ameye is great! 9.9 last time- don't forget to windex the glass coffee table, don't just dust. Otherwise EXCELLENT!
