The two young ladies did a great job. They were very polite and professional. I would recommend Merry Maids to anyone. The condo looked fantastic when they were finished.

We used merry maids for an initial office cleaning. They demonstrated a real commitment to doing a great job, and they did a great job.

Merry Maids came on time, did a thorough job, and the results were excellent. Also, they broke a tiny light (in a fixture we are going to replace anyway) and were very honest about it. They spent just the right amount of time to do a great job, but not enough that we felt they were trying to charge us extra. I was a little worried about this because our arrangement was that they would spend as much time as was necessary.

I like the consistency and someone is always there on-time to clean. They do a nice job and it's a real luxury for me to have the service. I get to have my weekends to do fun stuff instead of chores and housework.

I unfortunately did not see the people or products used because I left the day before you came.

The staff were prompt and very efficient.

Love the gals who come out. They miss little things once in a while but my husband says I'm too picky. I probably am.
The thing I don't like is when they show up too late because of someone else's unexpected needs.
I think customers should be told if there are out of the ordinary circumstances that they either pay extra and/ or have the overage done at another time.
At the very least, I should get a phone call as soon as the delay is evident.

WE were extremely happy with the cleaning done in our home. The only negative .....the trash was not emptied in the bedroom, guest bathroom or the kitchen.

I appreciate the flexiibility. There was miscommunication about the arrival time, and the women cleaning our villa were flexible.
