this is the first visit with Merry Maids and they went through the cleaning process efficiently. They acknowledged the special areas of attention that we pointed out such as the kitchen and bathroom solid surfaces and tiles.

This was my first experience hiring anyone for cleaning so I did have a little bit of "sticker shock" when hearing the pricing but I couldn't be happier with the quality of work I received for my move out cleaning.
The two ladies that cleaned my place wasted no time getting started and just flew into action. The whole process from booking to their exit was exactly what I wanted and expected.
I will say that my booking time was for a 1-3 pm arrival and then received a reminder call and the time was different (11-1), so that was not ideal, however, it all worked out and we're only human so I know mistakes happen.

Efficient and neat

The house cleaners were efficient, no time was wasted. After they left, I noticed just a couple of pieces of furniture & a ceiling fan were not dusted (they were all in one specific area). But all in all, much better than some of the other companies I've used in the past. The house smelled beautiful & looked fantastic when they were done.
One stop shop... I was also able to hire a pressure washer thru the Merry Maids, during the initial phone call. Orlando not only did a great job but he also made me aware of an issue with the yard that I need to address.
The person who is the first contact when calling this company, David, is the epitome of professionalism as was each person who came to my home. Yes, I would recommend MM of Sarasota-Bradenton to my friends/family!

Service was good. Worked fast to accomplish tasks. I thought it was a little expensive though. That’s a deterrent to someone who has never used them before. Maybe an intro price for first timers. Just a thought. Thanks for your services.
