I've been a Merry Maids customer for close to 2 years. Initially, the quality was lack luster,at best. The old management was terrible. With the new management, things are better. The team that cleans at my house is good - Casey is really good and listens to customer requests. I am not so sure that all the other maids are trained in a similar fashion. Will be great if the quality is maintained consistently regardless of the team.
The office is not good about letting customers know when the Maids are expected to arrive. It is not the maids' fault at all - the office does not relay customer requests for specific times to the cleaning crew.
With a couple of minor exceptions, which I have covered with the people on-site, they seem to do the job well, and cleaning materials seem to do a good job too.
Your people address everything in my home with attention to detail and care. I feel you are able to address all elements of my home... top to bottom.

People are ALL easy to deal with - both at the office and the people who come to clean. Everyone is very nice, accomodating and REAL. have had merry Maids, off and on, for three years or so. NO complaints. Only Good. I leave my house open and they come and go as the schedule dictates - no problems what so ever. i have come across people who used to work for merry maids, but no longer do, and they too, have all been gracious and happy.When you allow someone into your home, there is an element of trust, and that has always worked in my favor. Nothing but a good experience for me. :-)
