I value the consistency in who's entering my house and doing the job since much of the time I'm not home. I don't think I would use a company that never had the same person(s) doing the job from week to week.

was a little disappointed with the master bath
did not dust the vent nor did they clean the top of the shower ledge.
the rest of the house was great, ceiling fans were clean, baseboards, woodwork.
