You are here everyday that you say they will be. The girls are very thorough and so friendly. The products used seem to be just fine.

I like having the same cleaning team each time. I don't think that the product for cleaning the tubs and sinks is the best at getting scum off.

Sam is terrific. I love when my floor is freshly mopped and the carpet swept. I liked when you could smell the citrus or spice coming from the vacuum I wish you would go back to that.

The product that you use on tubs and sinks makes them look good but I am not sure that they are really clean. The tub always seems to have a layer of scum on it.

I appreciate having the same person in my house each week. Thank you. I do like to know when there will be a substitute.

They did a very good job cleaning the rental house I was moving out of. The kitchen and bathroom were spotless; the refrigerator and oven were cleaner than when I moved in. Great job on the wood floors and baseboards too. My single constructive criticism would be they didn't dust the fans or hanging light fixture but it could just have been accidentally omitted. I would definitely recommend them for move out cleaning!

You expect clean with a maid service but this was immaculate. I was quite impressed with the results after I booked them to clean out my rental house - which meant it was a full, top-to-bottom clean. I had already moved out and left a key in a lock box and trusted them (without ever using this service before) to let themselves in, clean the house without supervision, and leave. When I arrived a couple days later to do the walkthrough with the landlord, there was nothing I had to touch-up behind them. Any signs of living (soap scum buildup in the bathrooms, burned/baked food in the oven, spills in the fridge, dust on the fans) were completely cleaned up. Reasons why I will book again: trust, communication, thoroughness, completeness.
