I like knowing that my cleaning will always take place on schedule. The fact that this is a company with many employees who clean, means that even if my regular cleaning people are ill or on vacation, that I will have someone show up to clean.

When I arrive home after a day of work, I LOVE walking into a clean home. The "fabulous cleaners" are very efficient and my house looks and smells wonderful.

Dependability.

The ladies are very thorough in their cleaning and very professional, and they are very pleasant and friendly. They always show up on time. Our house smells very fresh and clean after they finish. We especially like having the same people clean our home each time. We think very highly of our Merry Maids crew!

I really like how well the carpets are vacumned and how you fold the towels and seal the toilet paper. It tells me you were there.

I have been with you for many years and saved a lot of money on cleaning products. I don't have to provide any of my own and I like that. I also like that you clean in places I don't think to get to, but I do notice that it is done. Also the reminder call that you will be coming is appreciated.
