I was very happy with the thoroughness of the work, and their attention to detail. I was also impressed with the quick response to a couple of my concerns after the initial cleaning. They sent the cleaning crew back the next day to resolve the issues.

I like the fact that I can have the same person each week. She is excellent and does a a great job every week. When she leaves everything has been dusted and surfaces shine. Michelle Green also does little extra things each week that I wouldn't necessarily expect her to do. I am very satisfied with Merry Maids.

I like using a service rather than contacting an individual to clean for me because I always know that someone will be here to clean. Vacations, illness, child emergencies don't take cleaning people away from my scheduled cleaning. I have an exceptional team that is regularly sent to me: Gladys, Sheri, and Elizabeth. They are excellent, and I consider them friends.

We are not contractually obligated and if we don't have the money for the next apointment, can cancel and make another apointment futher down the line. Thanks merry maids for a job well done!

I love the fact that these ladies bring their own equipment and supplies.

However, I believe it's time for the crew cleaning my home to be furnished a new vacuum cleaner. There's is malfunctioning.

My home smells fresh. I lov the fact that you take care of hardwood floors by hand. I do wish you wou do this with hardwoods throughout andbit just on the main level but I am so far eased overall
