Ladies (Alyssa) was very confident and efficient. No chit-chat needed,
she knew just what needed to happen and jumped right in. The job done was very thoroughly. No missed areas, all the corners, window sills, blinds, Shelves, dusted and sprayed. Mirrors sparkle, and wet mopped wood floors were very nicely done. What a pleasure!
I think I did notice that the standard top-to-bottom 'rule' didn't seem consistent. Tops of cupboards were dusted after the counters were cleaned? Blinds dusted after room had been vacuumed? I wasn't in the house much at all, so maybe I saw things out of step (meaning I could be wrong). It would surprise me to think the dustiest things would be cleaned at the end.
I find that your people are generally on time and are swift to begin work in an efficient manner. They leave my apartment looking very nice and while there are very professional and pleasant.
