Arrived on time, I asked them to call me about 15 minutes before they left, and they did. I was pleased with the quality of the work that they did. They even pointed out a potential future issue (the tile grout was not sealed), something I probably would not have noticed until it was a big problem.

I think, for the most part, the ladies that come do a great job. Our house is clean and smells fresh. Some weeks are not as clean as others. Lately, under our peninsula in the kitchen has not been vacuumed or mopped and some of the bathroom sinks do not look thoroughly cleaned.
the woman who cleaned my house did everything I asked her to do. She made an effort to make each room in my house look clean and neat. She was a dusting pro never missing a thing. She had a very sunny and warm personality.
The products she used were all good for the environment and cleaned the house deep down.I will always use the Merry Maids.

My housekeeper is very pleasant, friendly and works very hard. My wood floors (have 3 dogs) are so beautiful looking when she cleans them and she keeps my bedroom furniture (45 years old) so nice and shiny. She does more than I could ever do.
