After not having my housekeeper during the beginning of this Covid-19, I am so happy she came this week and did her thing. My housekeeper cleans areas that I don't expect her to do (cleaning the carpet squares on my stairs leading from the garage to my house). It's so nice to have Merry Maids of Holyoke taking care of my cleaning duties.

Cleaners are generally absolutely on time, professional, and efficient, adopting their routine to accomodate like any special requests. The bleach used has a very pleasant smell and the house is not only clean but fragrant after a Merry Maid visit

I've used Merry Maids housekeepers for several years now and have always been very satisfied with their service. My housekeeper is pleasant, efficient, professional, and works hard to keep my home clean, especially my hardwood floor. The window in my sliding door to my patio must frustrate her as I have 3 dogs that constantly have their noses on it inside and out but she never says a word as she cleans it each time she's here. I give her an A+.

The crew showed up on time (actually a few minutes early), I showed them around the house and they went right to work. They were thorough, professional and friendly. Finished right on time and cleaned after themselves on the way out.
