The people. The cleaners Minerva and Maria are superb.
We like that all the basics are covered. vacuuming of rugs is very well done. We do want our team to pay more attention to cleaning the wood flooring periodically - it seems to be dirty when we try wiping the floor right after a cleaning visit. Also, we found cob webs behind the side tables next to the living room couch that we thought dusting should have found. Overall, we are pleased.
