Love the people in the office...Donna, Judy...my Maids...Lydia ands recently Christine. Everyone is wonderful. Cleanings are thorough and amazing!I have no negatives and am always satisfied. Most of my frirnds and family do not live in the are they cover...have tried other locations and not been very happy, sorry to say. Having been a customer since 2004, I have always sung their praises and am thankful for them all!

My mother-in-law has ALS and the maids, in addition to cleaning, have been looking out for her well being over the course of her illness

Everything is really clean and looks great! The only problem is that sometimes lights are left on. Please have team make sure that all the lights in the bedrooms, living room, kitchen, etc. are turned out. There is one light in the front door entry way that is on a timer so it does not have to be dealt with.

Everything! Especially my regular MM, Lydia who is professional, quick and thorough. She makes the MM company and her office look good. She makes the company easy to recommend. my MM office is always accommenadating, pleasant and after 8 years still making me happy I have Merry Maids. They have made it so I would never use anyone else!
