The ladies that come to visit my house are absolutely incredible. they've been coming for the past two weeks and I have absolutely no complaints!! They are professional courteous and work extremely well together. My favorite product you use is the cinnamon spray. That concoction is absolutely amazing.

The dependability of always having the service available and the flexibility of adjusting the schedule when necessary. For the most part I like the products. Some are a little stringent. I especially like the fact that Merry Maids provides the equipment and products.

The cleaning is fine but not as complete as I would do it myself.

I have used the services of Merry Maids for at last 15 years now. I cant say enough good things about their service. Their cleaning staff is on a rotation basis and every staff member who enters my home does a wonderful, thorough job. In addition, they are reliable & prompt. If, by chance, a small area is missed, it is always corrected. I feel confident that their staff is trustworthy and always handles the items in my home with extreme care. I would have no problem having my home cleaned by them, even if I am out for the day. The need to reschedule a cleaning service is never a problem. Their Manager, Susan, is more than accommodating with any request I may have. The last two girls which had provided cleaning in my home, Jackie & Reina, did an exceptional job! Hats off to them! House was immaculate. I have been in the business world for over 40 years, and this service has been a miracle to me & my family. In the midst of a busy schedule, their service had always relieved the stress of finding time to clean my home, and it was one less thing I had to worry about. Nice to come home to an sparkling home. If anyone is considering trying their service...do try, you will never be disappointed.

I liked how clean my bathroom was and also the cinnamon scent from the vacuum cleaner

My home felt shiny and clean. We have a big mirror in the great room that always has streaks when I clean. None with your cleaning. It felt great to come home to a clean house.
