I was a Merry Maids client in Seattle, WA for 6 years before moving to Champaign this past June. I just started with Merry Maids here recently, but found the same level of professionalism and care that I had experienced in Seattle.

My biggest reasons for my happiness with Merry Maids has to do with having a regular schedule that I can depend on, the friendliness and professionalism of the folks who clean my house, and the ease of contacting and interacting with the office if I need extra help or an issue to resolve (extra cleaning for a major party, etc.).

We're especially fond of Chris and Becky, our cleaners. They combine friendliness with professionalism. They first introduced us to Mrs. Meyers cleaning products, which we very much like. (I think MM's have since changed their cleaning products.)

The crew showed up early which was great - punctuality is important. Did exactly what we asked in the time allotted. Great job!

The Merry Maids are always so pleasant and professional! I love knowing the 3M products they use are the best available to deal with Covid-19 but they don't smell as harsh as many other products available!
