I like how you meet my requests. I have asked that the Maids use my vacuum and my cleaning products because my husband and I are both sensitive to the smell of many products. The maids cooperate with me with everything I ask for. Some weeks I want certain room, other weeks, maybe different rooms. They take it in stride.

I don't know what products are used all I know is that it's clean when she's done.
I like the ability to customize what is done and what isn't done based on my preferences. For example my husband and I are both sensitive to many cleaning products and I was able to request that they use my own, unscented products or nothing at all but dry dusting and moping with water only.

Another company in town didn't show up to clean my house so I scrambled to see if Merry Maids could come and clean last minute. She was able to switch things around and came to clean my house the next day. I had over 50 guests coming to my house so I was so thankful Merry Maids rescued me and was able to clean before they arrived. I would never use another company besides Merry Maids ever again!
I'm not an expert on the products, though they seem to do a great job, and leave the house smelling really clean! The biggest reason for loving this service, though, is the actual providers. I used Merry Maids for 5 years in Seattle with great success before moving to Champaign in June 2020. I immediately sought out Merry Maids here in Champaign after I moved, and have not been disappointed. The young man and young woman who service my house arrive when they say they will, they are friendly and courteous, but focused on their job. They do their job effectively and efficiently (and quietly), and then are off. And I never have to worry about being here when they arrive or leave, so I tend to schedule my own chores outside the house (or gym time) when they are here to stay out of their way!!

As a property manager, I have to work with cleaners every time a new tenant moves in and I must say that Merry Maids surpassed my expectations. I met with Jeff who went through the property with me as we discussed things that I thought needed extra attention. He was very kind and helpful and quoted me a very good price for the services rendered. They were flexible and met us where we needed them to on the timeline, and I couldn't be more thankful. There was one small area that was out of sight and easy to miss that was missed, so I called them back and they got someone out the next day to touch it up at no extra cost. Very happy with my service between management, reception (Deb), and the actual cleaners. In my opinion, this is a locally operated business that deserves our support. I highly recommend them for personal or corporate use!

Our cleaners are so friendly and extremely efficient! They love our kitties. They even clean areas I would not think to clean on a bimonthly basis. Above and beyond for sure. Although we try our best to have things put away, if a piece of clothing is left out, they even fold it!
Merry Maids is good at communication as to when they will be coming to my home. They are friendly and do a wonderful job at cleaning. You can tell when they have been here by how nice and clean my home is!
