I like that you do a complete cleaning.
However, I do WANT Merry Maids to be VERY CAREFUL with my lamp shades, especially the one in the living room. The shade has been knocked lope-sided two times and this is a very expensive lamp! Also, moving picture frames, lamp shades, etc is not necessary, I know you are cleaning. When I clean, I don't tip picture frames or lamp shades. You don't need to do that to impress me or make me think you "cleaned" those items. Just saying......

The attention to detail was wonderful. The staff was efficient and friendly. I was able to relax and enjoy the time with holiday guests because the house was so clean.

The prompt and serious attention for my concerns and how quickly they were addressed. The only reason I didn't give a ten is because Michelle had to do this 3 floor, 3 1/2 bath house all by herself and I know they have so many more houses to do. She went over all my needs with me and is very committed to doing a great job.
