My house was amazingly clean the lady's done a wonderful job!

I like having a company to call for concerns/problems rather than having to speak directly with the housekeeper. Also, the back-up flexibility is nice in case one person is sick. The cinnamon smell was a little much but I got used to it. Overall, very pleased.

Not having to tell them what to do, they knew what would be best. Also the products were not stinky, and overpower smells at all.

I like that merry maids people will happily clean any area of my house, I request, and pay attention to areas that may need more attention than others, (per my request). I also like they send send the same person or persons I request to clean my home. The staff are also OK using any additional cleaning products I provide, that I like used in my home.

My husband and I are very satisfied. We love Rose & Billie, they work sooo hard and it shows the house really sparkles.

I've been very satisfied with the Merry Maids sevice. I am especially impressed with the fine cleaning I get from Victoria. I will/would recommend Merry Maids if the oportunity presents itself.

My housekeeper never talks to me so I'm not sure what products you use. I do like that she gets her work done without chatter but I haven't been able to figure out what all she actually did. I guess I'm suppose to ask.

First, Due to my age and very limited social outlets, very unlikely I will have opportunity to recommend MM, but would if requested. Second, Products and equipment appear adequate for good job, and almost always my rating is Job Well Done. Only criticism relates to variability of arrival, my impaired hearing forces me to stay in house since can't reliably hear phone if in yard, and worse time hearing doorbell from basement or competing noise. BUT, we seem to manage if I devote my day to waiting for MM to arrive--early or late! GBW
