Some products I like and some I'm not very fond of. Jennifer is wonderful and considerate of my needs and wishes. I think your toilet cleaning product is not very effective and the kitchen cleaner for counters and stove top is too gritty for granite counter tops and my glass top stove. Therefore, I do those myself. I also don't have them do my cabinets as I have not been happy with the results in the past. They have been streaky with the oil and when I asked them to use Murphy's oil soap the girl obviously didn't know how to use it. It took be 2 hours to clean up the mess she left. This has nothing to do with Jennifer and I would still like for her to be the primary for my house. If you want any further input I will be happy to speak with someone in charge. That doesn't seem to be of much importance to the management.

Very thorough and very accommodating

I thought the price is fair and the ladies who came and cleaned my home did a nice job and seemed to take pride in their work.

Linda came and even though it was her first time in my home she went right to work seeing what needed to have extra attention and tackled it like she had been here regularly. She was a joy to have here.

The service was great. It was so helpful with scrubbing the bathrooms to wiping blinds and vacuums up all the dog hair

The place looked and smelled clean.

Very professional. Liked that Merry Maids told me exactly what they were going to clean, and completed it all.

Did a very professional job. I do wonder though about the oven cleaning. It smells to me like something is burning and I'm not sure why. Hopefully, it will go away after awhile. Maybe because it is a self-cleaning oven and that's not what we did.
