Most importantly, the woman he sent to my home, Hanna, did an exemplary job. She was pleasant yet determined to accomplish her tasks completely and proficiently. I'm now looking forward to a long relationship with merry maids. I must say, it was somewhat of a pleasant surprise.

Quality of Service and Dependability

Merry Maids has been very professional from the first visit to give us an estimate, to the first day of cleaning last week. We were pleased with the job the cleaning person did, and we were impressed that her manager took the time to stop by later in the day to check on her work, since this was the first time. Very pleased. Have already recommended.

Tricia always fine tunes her cleaning to what I have requested for that day. She does it in a pleasant manner on top of it. I know I can depend on her and trust her. Also, the administration at Merry Maids has been very helpful in satisfying my needs.

They do their work in a timely manner and make sure that it is done the way that you want it, and if there is something that they missed, they come back and do. If you have trouble with a person that is cleaning for you, they take care of it right away and put someone in that knows what you want in a cleaning.

I like the dependability of the scheduled cleanings yet the flexibility to make date changes when guests, health issues or travel plans make that change necessary.

The cleanliness I get when I get home from work! They both do a great job and glad that I have them!

The clean was excellent and service is far more professional than any other competing cleaning service in the area. After trying some others I am very happy with the work and price.

I rated the question as a 10 strictly because of the person, Anete, out of the Des Moines office. She is very pleasant and does a 100% thorough job when cleaning my house. She is a keeper and I do not want anyone else to clean here.

Hanna, the person who helps me most, is great. She is reliable, friendly, professional, and does a great job!

Destiny and the other girls do a very good job and are very pleasant to know.

They do an amazing job. By having Merry Maids in my hope to clean I do not have the added stress on maintaining the home while working, and having to manage parents who are ill. It has been a relief to not have the added stress.

With the second cleaning, the house was cleaned as I expected. I appreciate being called prior to the cleaning so I can make any necessary adjustments in the timing.

Carmel was wonderful. She is very personable and good at her job. She asked me for my input as she was working so she knew what I expected. I would like for her to be my regular Merry Maid. I like the cinnamon spray and the products used seem to work well.
