Our Merry Maids team knows our preferences and always over exceeds our expectations. There is nothing like coming home to a clean and fresh house.

We just bought a house and wanted a nice move-in clean. Nicole was busy and worked hard from the moment she walked in the door until she left. She made sure to clean inside all of the cabinets and drawers too. It was so nice to have a beautiful, clean home to move into.

I am generally pleased with the service I receive. The staff is friendly and work very hard. I'd love to see more attention paid to the floors (vacuuming and moping). We have a hairy dog, and the vacuuming sometimes leaves behind dog hair.
On another note, our vinyl shower curtain liner was torn during cleaning, but no one mentioned it and we did not receive a post-cleaning "report" where something like that would have been mentioned.
Otherwise, we are happy with the work and appreciate the staff's kind attention.

Great service and well worth the cost

The cleaning is always complete and timely and the follow up with the office for adjustments always goes well.

MM is the best. Especially the office staff. Priscilla is nice and easy to work with.

My last cleaning was very good. The team paid attention to details and made sure everything was cleaned well.

So appreciate the terrific customer service when I called at the last minute for housecleaning during the holidays. I opted to be on the wait list and was soon contacted about an opening. The team of Kat and Jade were excellent! I am a big fan of Merry Maids of Colorado Springs and have been a satisfied customer for several years.

I've been very pleased with the efficiency of the workers. They are pleasant and know what they are doing. I have no complaint about the products used. . all seem to be fine. I'm impressed that although I have different helpers each time, they are respectful, on time and hard working.

Thank you for sending me Katelyn. She is extremely detailed in caring for my house. everywhere I turn, I see little special things she did, cleaned, or put away for me. With me having to care for my wife, my biweekly cleaning is critical in helping me maintain a home on my own. I can tell how much Katelyn loves and cares for every room she touches. She is amazing!
