I absolutely love our maids, they are respectful, friendly, and very thorough in their cleaning! We love coming home after they have cleaned, everything is fresh and perfectly done. Our maids even love our Doberman who is always there to greet them.

We just bought a house and wanted a nice move-in clean. Nicole was busy and worked hard from the moment she walked in the door until she left. She made sure to clean inside all of the cabinets and drawers too. It was so nice to have a beautiful, clean home to move into.

I am generally pleased with the service I receive. The staff is friendly and work very hard. I'd love to see more attention paid to the floors (vacuuming and moping). We have a hairy dog, and the vacuuming sometimes leaves behind dog hair.
On another note, our vinyl shower curtain liner was torn during cleaning, but no one mentioned it and we did not receive a post-cleaning "report" where something like that would have been mentioned.
Otherwise, we are happy with the work and appreciate the staff's kind attention.

The cleaning is always complete and timely and the follow up with the office for adjustments always goes well.
