I love how "hotel clean" my home feels after Merry Maids have been there. We've had a couple of product issues, but addressed it with Adria and she adjusted what they were using.

Adria and Kim or whoever comes with her just do a fabulous job. I couldn't be more happy with their attention to detail.

The people you hire. Most of the people that have been in my house and very dedicated and really care about doing a god job. Gladys and Kelly are one example. Very nice people and very industrious, and care that we are happy

Reliability and trust. Merry Maids show up when I need them and always do a good job. If I need an extra clean I can schedule one whenever I need it. If there is any extra help, the cleaners are always willing to help me.

Generally speaking, they do a good job. @ times tend to forget to detail certain areas in the kitchen...........

We love the service every two weeks. Our home stays so fresh and sparkling.
The two young ladies who clean are so trustworthy and genuinely care about us and our home.
The products that are used are not harmful in any way. When we come home after a clean the house smells like fresh air. If you don't have this service think twice about how good you would
feel coming home to a clean sparkling home. We are older and no aches and pains with having Merry Maids.

Thorough, attention to detail. We don't have to tell them what needs to be done, they just do it.

Happy to have the ladies come and help at home.

I like knowing that the house is going to be cleaned on a regular basis. I don't really know that much about the products. My house seems clean for what is done. I would like to see more attention to details. Like after vacuuming the furniture. Replacing the pet covers with a little more attention to details tucking them in and making sure they are evenly distributed across the couches. I don't like to look at them and feel they need to be straightened. I feel that I pay a lot and should get good results.

They did a great job. Got rid of soap scum in the bathroom., and many layers of dust (I hate dusting). Thank you very much.

Austin and Nikki are so respectful, and very good at cleaning my home. I look forward to them every Monday that they are scheduled to come, and it's so nice to just relax after they leave. Kudo's to those 2, they are AWESOME!
