I love that my house can be clean and this is something I cannot do anymore. I can do some, but the complete cleaning is what I want and can't do. It makes life so much better to feel that my house is clean and I don't have to worry about what I couldn't get done. The maids are always so nice and do such a good job. We always leave the house when they are done and go to lunch. Then when we come home the house smells wonderful and is so clean. It just makes me smile. As for my family, when mama is happy, they are happy.

I loved how clean my entire home was. You could tell they took their time, vacuumed the couches, cleaned all surfaces - actually removed items on top and dusted/cleaned then returned the items. I was very happy with the service.

Mostly satisfied. Would like them to clean the bath/shower in both bathrooms every time even if they don’t appear to need it. There was dripped product on inside of tub that was still there so clearly not cleaned.

The two ladies that clean my condo are exceptional... they make sure the condo is deep cleaned every time. I never have to ask them to be sure to do something. They are just plain GREAT!

Thorough and friendly service

While they may use a lemon-scented wax-cleaner, I do not care for the scent, so they simply don't use it. Although the crews vary between visits, all follow instructions, are prompt, and work efficiently. With very few exceptions, the cleaning is great. The few complaints I've had were quickly resolved.

I scheduled a deep cleaning of my sisters house as I am getting ready to sell. I asked for the stove, refrigerator, microwave, etc. cleaned inside and out. floors swept and washed. bathrooms cleaned. rugs vacuumed. etc. I could not believe how clean the refrigerator became. everything else was great. I will use the merry maids whenever I need the service. thanks a lot!!
