I like that I have been able to have the same cleaner each time. I also like the promptness and text message when she is on her way. I also love the signature cinnamon smell but unfortunately she has not had it the last two times. We miss that. But otherwise she does a great job, if very professional and friendly.

The Merry Maids Cleaners go out of their way to ensure that the house is cleaned to my specifications. While one is cleaning the upstairs, the other is cleaning the downstairs. Should I have other workers around the house, ie. power-washers, gardeners, etc., the team members are happy to adjust their cleaning methods to accommodate their schedules also. On top of that, the Merry Maids Team perform an outstanding job keeping my home in pristine order, should that occasional guest drop over for a visit. Thank you Merry Maids of the Grand Strand.
