The company is very professional, keeps you up to date, always in communication with your appt. Our first cleaning was this past week. Kenascia was very friendly, polite, hardworking and of course trustworthy. That can be very important in this day and age. There are not too many young people that want to work and make a living. She has a very good head on her shoulders. Hopefully, we'll be able to have her in on a regular basis, if it coincides with her schedule as well.

We are pleased with the customer service from the office and from the person doing the cleaning.

I love the way the entire process works. I received text messages and emails regarding my appointments and also when the team member is scheduled to arrive. If there are any delays or issues, I am kept informed. It is very streamlined.
The products are wonderful and my home spakrles and shines when Merry Maids is finished. My home smells so clean and fresh.

The cleaning team is great

The dispatch communication is excellent, i.e., message sent day before appointment and day of appointment with tracker so we know who is coming and arrival time. Service is always good or excellent, and the rooms sparkle after cleaning.
I also appreciate that the employees are pleasant, and appear to enjoy their work!

The Merry Maid Staff is timely, affordable, loyal and provides an amazing customer service experience for the money.

I love the fact that Merry Maids send a reminder email about your upcoming cleaning appointment, a text when the cleaning person is on their way showing their ETA. I was very pleased with how prompt she was and how detailed her cleaning service was. We highly recommended using their services!!!!

All of the cleaners have been pleasant and professional. No worries if someone or someone’s family member is sick, MM finds someone else to come.

Your staff is wonderful.

Team is available and call back within a reasonable time. They understand quickly what is being asked … and respect that. Our lady came on time, she was personable and professional. She did a fantastic job on a stubborn shower area, and a great job on everything else contracted for too.

Only 2 caveats: 1) I find Merry Maids a bit expensive; 2) When our lady requested an extra hour to finish our particular job & we OK’d that, we never got written confirmation of the final total.
