I like the thorough cleaning and the fact that certain areas receive extra attention on a rotating basis. I receive notice/confirmation when the cleaning is scheduled and then a tracker so I know when the person will arrive. It is very well managed from the office, and I am given a summary after the cleaning of what area had the extra attention and what area(s) will receive it next visit. I like the consistency and follow through. Very well run organization with terrific personal. Highly would recommend Merry Maids!!

I was very pleased with the woman who did the work. I didn't pay attention to the products used.

Clean is clean . I am surprised at the time it takes right now to clean just one bedroom and bathroom. I have had three different cleaners all of which have been timely.

They are the best communicators for one thing. They are also very timely and really care about doing a great job for you.

They did an excellent job on everything that was serviced. All of the rooms were spotless. I really like the products that were used on the floors, kitchen and the bathrooms. Everything was so shining clean. Thank you for great service!

I love that the cleaners take their time and never rush through my house, they do a really great and thorough job each time!

Convenient, great quality, service.

The kitchen sink and faucet have never been this clean and shiny. The carpeted areas we’re also cleaner and did not show my cleaner marks. The carpet areas had the pile showing like the newer carpet which it is. Your overall cleaning was extremely better than that of my previous cleaner.
