Your client is my elderly aunt Carolyn Last name removed, I live in North Carolina so I can't really comment other than what I hear from my aunt. She is very happy with the service she is getting. One point I would like to suggest is that on the day the girls are to arrive she plans for them at a certain time....there are some visits when she thinks they are coming (for instance)at 11:00 but are not there say by 1pm she will decide they are not coming and go do an errand, just to come home and find a note saying that they were there.
We are so thankful for your service as we don't need to worry about her on her knees cleaning tubs and toilets....we love her but she is set in her ways and basically a private lady and it took a lot of talking for her to even consider having someone coming in to help her out.
If you could please have the girls call either you or Carolyn to say they are running late and give her a possible time when they will be there. This would be a help to both your office and to your client.
