Scent, shine, & overall appearance

I've been using Merry Maids for several years now. I am usually very pleased. Occasionally things slip through the cracks. When we were there in February recently, I had specifically asked that two beds be made up with flannel sheets. When we arrived, no beds were made which was a slight inconvenience as we got in late and were tired from our flight. No biggie. Also, I had asked for a deeper clean that time and for the extra money I spent, I really didn't see that much of a difference.
Overall, I am generally pleased with the group.

First time baseboards has been done, first time in three (3) months the top of the
microwave has been cleaned, the stainless is not streaked. Must have used a cleaner.
I'm told the first time someone has brought a bucket.
