All are very good. The teams do a fine job and on the rare occasion something is not cleaned as well as you’d like, management takes care of it immediately. That’s vital to me. Very responsive.

Normally there are two girls who come to clean my place and it takes them about 1.25 to 1.5 hours each to clean my place but because of the holidays the service was rearranged and only one girl was assigned to my house. She was a supervisor who had been there once or twice before some time ago. It took her about 3 hours and she did a very good job. I was very pleased with her work.

Reliability is by far the biggest factor. I know Donna will be there when scheduled (or someone as skilled) and my house will be cleaned beautifully. That’s why I’m willing to pay quite a bit more per hour than the area’s going rate—- my house will be spic-and-span no matter what.
