I have been using Merry Maids monthly for several years now and a very happy with their service. The girls are very efficient and thorough. The company has shown flexibility when I needed a schedule change and I know, if I call, any concerns will be addressed immediately.

All are very good. The teams do a fine job and on the rare occasion something is not cleaned as well as you’d like, management takes care of it immediately. That’s vital to me. Very responsive.

Normally there are two girls who come to clean my place and it takes them about 1.25 to 1.5 hours each to clean my place but because of the holidays the service was rearranged and only one girl was assigned to my house. She was a supervisor who had been there once or twice before some time ago. It took her about 3 hours and she did a very good job. I was very pleased with her work.
