I like that they use cloth cleaning rags instead of paper towels.

Tina and the team are AMAZING! even the ladies/gentleman in the office whenever I need help or have to change they are very accommodating. Tina comes on time every cleaning session, she's polite, professional and my family and I love her! She's a hard worker and very appreciated. I will say I was skeptical at first but I love the company and will be a continued customer.

Lindsay did an outstanding job cleaning the kitchen, especially making sure the "nooks and crannies" were clean. Ellie did an amazing job making sure the jet tub was sparkling! Very pleased with the professionalism of the team. And whatever they use as a scent to make everything smell clean and pretty was wonderful! I very much appreciated their business practise of sending a quality assurance team member to ensure work was completed to standard . In particular Tina, the lady who comes to clean (and her coworker) is super thorough, remembers how we like things and takes care to do it that way. Especially nice because we know if we aren’t home, things will get done beautifully and we’ll come home to a sparkling clean house.

I called Merry Maids for a move-in cleaning for a home we purchased. The team showed up in a timely manner, they were friendly and they did a great job! I found no problems during the walk through. I loved that they used lemon oil on all of the wood cabinets.
