The service is very consistent. I know what I can count on regarding cleaning. My only frustration is not knowing approximately what time the person will arrive. It can be any where from 10:30 to 2:00 and it's difficult to plan my day around that ambiguity. A window of time would help planning my day.

Harper is awesome! Love seeing her and she really helps out around here.
