It is great that Merry Maids now service Fernley. This area has long been overlooked by many businesses and I am happy to welcome their excellent service availability to our area.

I love my team of Victoria and Maddie! After a few cleanings they know my likes and dislikes and I can let them do their job without checking their work before they leave! They work hard and efficiently and have great attitudes!! The product used for the main cleaning smells nice and fresh and my hardwood floors always look amazing! Victoria definitely takes pride in my kitchen floor, and it’s beautiful!! I love the way Maddie takes pride in her vacuuming, making sure to make enough passes to pick up the cat hair, and always in a nice pattern! You don’t always get perfect at first because the girls aren’t mind readers, but after working with them as far as hits and misses in the beginning it was their great attitudes and wanting to please that sold me! I’ve had Victoria from the beginning and I’ve loved her from the start! With the addition of Maddie whom I also love, my Merry Maids team, I must say, is great!! I feel great when they’ve come because cleaning my own home is something I can no longer do myself! I’m thankful and appreciative for my team and for Dee! I spoke to her initially when I was interviewing for cleaning services!!

Being a client of Merry Maids, I had them coming to my house every other week. They did a
very good job. So when we had to move I had them come out for a "Move Out " clean. WOW!
I was impressed! They did such a good job!! I know I will get my full cleaning deposit back! I know one of the gal's name is Victoria because it was on the text they send when they are
on their way over. Don't know the other gal's name. However both of them should get a raise!!

I am not there to judge the quality of the work performed. However, I do ask the people who are up there if it looks good. I usually get a thumbs up. By the way, the people who paid for the 7/12 cleaning left CASH.

Like the cleaner used on glass shower doors. Love lemon oil on stainless appliances. And also cleaner used on laminate floors.

My friend/neighbor recommended Merry Maids and I am SO glad she did. They were just here Friday for a "deep cleaning" prior to starting every other week service. I was very pleased with their efficiency and the fact that they checked with me on a couple of concerns they had before they proceeded. My place was spotless when they left which made me very happy and I look forward to my future with Merry Maids. I was also impressed with the ladies professionalism and clean appearance!!

The ladies are on time and quickly and efficiently get to work. They know has to be done and get about doing. The ladies work together extremely well in getting my place clean.

Incredible communications so that we knew you would be here, and texting to keep us aware of when you would arrive. No questions, just made our day easy. Condo is clean and felt great to walk into. Odors of products used were not too strong.
