I appreciate the service. Sometimes small things are neglected, and once I found my makeup mirror broken -- things that I don't notice till after they've left, but nothing too troubling. I do prefer to have the same person each week; if there is something I like done I wouldn't have to be here to ask it each time and my dog wouldn't freak out at each new stranger who shows up. But on the whole I'm satisfied.

Natalie is my housekeeper. She is wonderful and a very kind person. I’m glad she comes to my house. She is very good at what she does. My house always looks great.

Our experience with Merry Maids has been very very good. Obviously, Natalie is good at what she does, she trains new employees. Unfortunately they haven’t had the same level of expertise at least as yet. Hopefully they will if they stay employed. I still would recommend Merry Maids enthusiastically. Just don’t loose Natalie.

Barbara did an amazing job! The house needed extra care since my husband has not been in great shape and much of the time was spent caring for him. The day she was there I had to call for an ambulance and ran out of the house to follow in my car. She closed up the house for me and when I got back I saw what an amazing job she did to get my house back In order. I felt completely confident that she would take care of everything and she did! Everything was in order and the house was locked up tight. And was sparkling! She even gave me a much needed hug before I left. I would strongly recommend Barbara and your service.
