After we had some support to clarify which tasks were to be completed on this initial cleaning the house was cleaned very well from top to bottom. The house had not had a real cleaning for more than a year so there was a lot to do. The staff worked consistently and used sound cleaning approaches leaving no dust, cobwebs or pet hair behind. The blinds and lamp shades were carefully dusted for the first time in many months. A very good service. Thanks!

I was very pleased with the cleaning. However, I was not happy that they put the heat up to 85 and didn't turn it down when they left. The thermostat was left that way for weeks until I got down there on other business. This is costing me a small fortune in utility bills.

When I walked into the house- even two days after they had been there, it still smelled fresh and clean. I had Amazon boxes on my porch and my Cleaner brought them inside for me which I felt was above and beyond as well :). In addition, every single thing looked perfect!
I was very happy with the outcome of my home, especially the bathrooms, whatever is used on the showers was very nice. The only thing I was disappointed in was under the beds still seemed to have dust and dust bunnies. thank you , Lar
