Everything was clean after they came back and got the mud up. There are black places on the spare bathroom floor that have been there after they cleaned the last few times. Could they give those special attention next time?

Most associates are thorough and take suggestions. For instance, I plan to recommend a change in method for cleaning my hardwood floors. They have been drying dull and sticky to walk on.
