The products are excellent, and it is nice not to have to worry about keeping them stocked. I also like that I am not dependent on just one person -- a team will always show-up at the appointed time even if someone is sick or unable to work a particular day. With privately hired housekeepers, I was often disappointed when I really needed the house cleaned.

Merry Maids is flexible if you need to make changes in your appointed time, they accomodate your needs and they are extremely courteous. The service is always done at 100% and they offer additional services such as laundry and dishwashing that will help any mother with an infant such as myself.

I completely trust the employees. They have to clean up after my dog and his hair. They clean everything, as obvious as it is where my dog lays everyday. They are very patient with my teen son, who will wake up and leave when the vacuuming starts. I've even seen them make his bed. I love the smell of the floor after they mop it.

The staff is so nice, does a great job, and are always happy, polite, and respectful.

Always prompt. Very professional. I trust them. They are patient with my dog's WHITE hair. They will vacuum it off my purple velvet couch in my retreat. I never have to move things back. I have a son in college who takes awhile to get out of his room and they are always patient with him. I have recommended MM to my friends. Love the smell of a newly mopped floor.

The Merry Maids come in do their job very well and then on their way, what ever they use on the chrome fixtures is fantastic, they shine until they come back the next four weeks. The mirrows also shine someting I don't think we got to do that very often. Very pleased.
