I kept smelling "wet dog" while they were cleaning and finally I figured out that the rags they were using, may have been washed, but they were not odor free from a previous job. I had to spray the house with a room deodorizer when they left and I had to wash the sinks again, because the smell just made me want to gag. They did a great job of cleaning, but they clearly cleaned some other place first that had a strong amount of pet odor. I just can't stand that smell.
I like coming home to a clean home. The teams that come are always very pleasant and courteous.

My home is clean and does not ever smell of chemicals. Merry Maids always just sows up and gets the job done, no fuss and I love the way they neatly stack the things I did not get a chance to pick-up!

I like the number of crew members they send. Our home is large and it helps with more people and is thoroughly cleaned. I like that they will vacuum the couch, remove cushions, vacuum the recliner, etc.
