It's expensive but so worth it. The maids are quick and thorough. We are so sad that we are going to be moving outside of the covered area and won't be able to use Merry Maids anymore :(

First, Merry Maids scheduler calls to let us know when services will be coming. We can work out another day or time if it is not suitable.
Second, Merry Maids service providers do their best to meet cleaning needs in a cheerful and careful manner. They seek to understand cleaning instructions before they begin and during service if it is necessary. They observed wearing Masks and Social distancing during their service hours.
Third, they are punctual.
Fourth, Merry Maids uses cleaning products that are effective and environmentally friendly.

Great job. The service was professional and the providers were friendly. My apartment is 2 bed, 2 bath, and about 1,200 SF in total. There were two people and they finished in just under 4 hours. Both bathrooms were awesome (both showers needed a lot of attention), the wood finish floor in the front room and dining room was the best it's looked since I moved in, and the kitchen was spotless (floor, oven, counters, etc.).
Far better than cheaper services I've used in the past. You get what you pay for. Highly recommend and will use again.

Very personable and aim to please; very efficient and on time

The way you call us a day before the service is due to give us an approximate time of arrival. The fact that you send a work sheet with the Merry Maids who in turn hand it to us when they arrive. This allows us to give basic instructions regarding areas to be cleaned during their service time. It also provides us with an invoice for payment.
The Merry Maids service personnel are always obliging in carrying out tanks and adjusting to changes in cleaning areas when little changes might be required due to movement of community members or events taking place.
It is always a pleasure to call in when date of service might need to be changed. The Merry Maids office staff do their best to accommodate changes in time or day for service.
While it is nice to have the same service personnel show up for house cleaning we know that isn't always a possibility. We work with that as best we can. The girls are always doing their best to meet our needs.
Anther plus, is the fact that the Merry Maids central office has worked with us regarding our payment schedule.
