The most recent cleaning crew did the best job ever in our apartment. The place was sparkling. Well done to those two ladies!

I had a deep clean following a renovation to prepare a rental property for tenants. The team showed up on time. Although it took a bit longer because the space was messy, after the team was done, everything looked great and was ready to let the tenants move in on schedule.

As always I like the way we are notified about what time to expect services and are consulted when normal scheduling needs to be changed to meet staffing issues.
The Merry Maids cleaning personnel are always friendly and most willing to meet the needs of the house regarding cleaning details.

The products used do the job they are intended to do and they do not have any adverse effects upon the household or our guests.

Merry Maids showed up on time, finished the work when they said they would, charged us according to their estimate so we knew exactly what we were going to pay, and the cleaning work was excellent.

Please note I was not the receiver of your services. The person who was the receiver of your services was very pleased and loved the products used. There was a language barrier; therefore, he felt bad for not being able to communicate some of the things he wanted done. In spite of the language barrier, he felt they did an excellent job.
