I clean everything is when you are done, the speed, and the attention to business. There is not goofing around. They get right to work and stay at it.

Both LeAnn and Katrina are personable, eager to please and do a great job. Most of the products I like (especially the "smell"), however, when you were using some of the "green" products, did not feel as though the work was as thorough and the "clean odor" indicating MM had been here was not there.

I love the fact that these girls come into my home and clean everything without being micro=managed and supervised. They are more than willing to do anything asked of them. I trust them in my home and would recommend them to anyone who asked me.

Service is very good, however, I am not thrilled with products used for the last couple of years. There is no WOW feeling since the change to "green" products (or whatever it is.)

Service is great. They do a wonderful job. I have no problems with the products. Only problem I can say is wish the calls the night before would happen. Sometimes they don't come at regular morning time and could have made errands run before they came if I knew they weren't coming till later . Other than that I love my girls that clean my house!

The service has been great and I like the fact that you correct any misses or mistakes quickly. The products used have been excellent and have caused no problems with me or my pets. Any time I have a scheduling problem, Merry Maids has been very accommodating with just a phone call.

My home is clean and smells clean when I come home. The quality of the cleaning is consistent. I can request approximately what time I prefer the cleaning done. I can schedule more thorough cleaning, window washing, etc. Merry Maids is very service oriented.

The house smells clean and the bathrooms shine. Also dust does not seem to accumulate after the tables are dusted.

We love Chelsey! She works around our chaos and is friendly and thorough every visit!

It is so clean when I get home and usually one thing surprises me--in a good way. For example in didn't pick up as well as I need to in one space. It's done.

I like that the products are all natural as well as how shiny every service appears.

your people are all professional and helpful and provide excellent service. The products seem to be ok, not really sure but I do like the smell after vacuuming.

I like having the same person come each month. This isn't always possible but is preferable. Cleaners encourage constructive criticism and never seem offended. The problem is quickly remedied. There are very few problems. I like that MM works with me to reschedule if necessary. I'm glad that you provide the cleaning products.

We have allergies. The chemicals you use don't bothet us.that was one concernmy husband had. The products work. It's nice tocome home to a clean house when I'm too busy to do it myself.

The girls are very friendly and do a good cleaning job.

Everyone from Merry Maids have been super nice! The girls are very professional and focused. Our home has been in an incredible state of flux and they have been terrific about working around whatever situation they happen to walk into. we couldn't be happier!!

WE love Chelsey. For the most part have been very satisfied, however there are times we feel certain areas need cleaned more thoroughly.

Very little odor from the cleaning supplies--we blast our selves out with Pine Sol!!

The ladys start to work immediately upon entering my house. Very little talking is done and only when I ask a question. I have one thing that could be a potential problem. I am not happy having you send 1 lady to a home with only a male in the house. I'm not going to do anything, but it could always be said that I did, and it would be my word against her's. Suppose she has a fight with her boyfriend or husband after leaving here - and says I did that to her. Just thought you should be aware of the position you are putting me in.

I appreciate the help. The ladies are efficient. since the products have gone "green" I am not as pleased with the feel and look of some of the furniture and fixtures.
