I love the way Tristan shows attention to detail. She remembers from ceiling fans at the top to baseboards at the bottom. She remembers how we like certain things to be cleaned.

The deep clean was very very well done by our cleaner Mackenzie. She asked great questions, cleaned the house thoroughly, and was courteous and kind. I requested Mackenzie to continue cleaning our home for the foreseeable future.

Merry Maids have always been kind and considerate. They are thorough with details in the cleaning. When I ask for something "my way", they have no problem and appreciate the different approach. I appreciate the clean cloths with every job. I appreciate them cleaning the floors "on the floor".

I love the fact that the products are environmentally friendly. The staff are very friendly, thoughtful & professional. The gals are very efficient & they take notes on your preferences of how you want your floors cleaned. For instance steam mopping or hand mopping. I have them come every 2 weeks & that is perfect since it’s just my husband and me. I get notifications of their arrival. I have a regular scheduled time & they also give me a reminder call. I can plan ahead & make any necessary changes. They are very accommodating. I really like this service.

Good job overall! It is so nice to have clean windows and floors, bathrooms and not have dead bus all over. All that was cleaned was done to perfection.

I am disappointed the landing and the back porch did not get cleaned as Matt said they did not need cleaned. Both were included in the quote and do need cleaned; I hope that they are cleaned soon. The house has been sitting empty for quite awhile so it needs a little love.

I like the way Merry Maids clean. Their prices are very reasonable.

I like that Merry Maids is consistent with times and arrivals. The products are not high in chemicals and do not have strong odors. The employees listen to the "details" that are important to me.

Overall, the cleaners do a very good job, and I especially like the attention to oor.mopping.and the deep cleaning of.various tomson a rotating basis
There is also good comminicariIon if an issue arises or I need to make changes in my schedule.

I very much appreciate having the same person clean every week - consistency and expectations are always important and it is great having that with Karmin always being the one to clean. It helps a lot as well that I don't have to worry about her with my rescue dog because she is a dog person too.
