ReNee has been doing a nice job on our cleanings - I do miss Heather's cleanings though as they were consistently 100% complete. If possible, I'd like to be put back on her schedule (and would switch days to do so).

They are very thorough. They have cleaned places in my house that I haven't even thought of looking. If you would have asked me a couple months ago if I would pay to have my house cleaned I would have said definitely not. However, after that first cleaning I don't think I'll stop your services anytime soon.

The Merry Maids come when expected and do their jobs thoroughly.

I loved that they did something special in all of our kids' rooms.. The last lady we used was not kid/dog friendly.. at all, and the kids were hurt by that! With 4 kids and a large dog, i appreciate coming home to a clean house.. I thought was awesome..

House always looks and smells nice.

I am replying for my in-laws (they are in their 80's) we hired the service for them, but talked to them the day that Merry Maids was there. My father-in-law said "I can't believe how clean this bathroom is" My mother-in-law replied "watch out what you say" LOL! At their age they can't see real well, and can't get on their hands and knees to do cleaning, so I AM SURE this was the cleanest the house has been in quite some time! My mother-in-law had just gotten out of the hospital so was especially nice to come home to a clean house. Thanks Merry Maids!
