Most of the time it is very good. Sometimes the cleaners forget tasks (emptying waste baskets) and sometimes they leave cleaning supplies behind (rags, solutions.)
I like the smell when I walk in the door when getting home from work. Not too strong but you can tell the house is clean. I like the lemon oil service is make cabinets and woodwork look so nice. Thank you!

You have consistent standards and, with few exceptions, these standards are met, regardless of who comes to do the cleaning. You have also been very accomodating when I've had to change cleaning times or cancel a scheduled cleaning.
They are very professional, and are always willing to come back and re-vacuum if they don't get all of the dog hair the first time.
Consistent, quality cleanings throughout our home makes this working mom a happy camper!
