Different rooms are emphasized so that the whole house is given an deeper clean every 4-6 weeks.

The staff is WONDERFUL about working with my schedule. I have had to cancel sometimes because of work travel, family illness, overload of my schedule...

The staff is WONDERFUL about adding items on an 'as needed' basis -- for example, vacuuming basement stairs. Extra cost may be present, but having the extras available is very nice.

Products are safe for my dog; the products they use always have a fresh smell-nice.

Mainly that I do not need to lift a finger to have a clean looking & clean smelling home!!!

I like the cinnamon scented products. I also like that they will use my glass cleaner, and Pledge. I like when the same people come to clean, so that they know what I like done.

They work as a team. Since there is more than one person, they finish their work quicker than an individual. (My husband works at home and prefers not to be around when the house is cleaned.)

I like that I know they will be there every two weeks and not cancel on me. I think that I have someone I can call if a problem exists rather then having to deal directly with the individuals actually cleaning.
