Overall I appreciate the dependability of Merry Maids and the quality of their work. No one is perfect but I always perceive that everyone is doing their best and with their teamwork they do very well indeed.

The teams for the most part do a good job of cleaning, some of the cleaners they use leave a
strong odor in the house that bothers my wife. Not all of the teams leave a satisfaction card
with their names listed, but overall satisfactory.

The employees were very professional and did an extremely good job of post construction clean up of our project. When they were completed they gave a a call to let us know everything was completed and when questions arose they would call to check on the details.

The house looked great when I got home, walking in the front door it even smelled clean. The extra attention to detail was amazing, seeing my pillows fluffed and my daughters bed made was an added bonus.

They did a great job cleaning our office. I'm sensitive to the smells of cleaners, but the products used didn't bother me. It's nice not to worry about cleaning the office anymore.
